- The product must not be perishable or expired. (Note: We do not accept returns on perishable goods like fresh fruits, vegetables, or dairy products).
- The product must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (such as fresh groceries, fruits, vegetables, etc.)
- Opened or tampered items (food products, hygiene products, etc.)
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products or digital goods
- Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page
3. How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to return a product, please follow these simple steps:

- After receiving approval, you will need to pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us at the provided address.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your return is approved:
- A refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- If the refund is for a damaged or faulty product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges for products. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement product.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at bheemsingh92119211@gmail.com. Please include photos of the damaged or defective product and your order number. We will offer a full refund or send you a replacement item at no additional cost. The return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by us.
7. Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we are unable to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at bheemsingh92119211@gmail.com.
8. Refund Timeframe
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please be aware that depending on your payment method, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
